Nutrient wins and watchouts
Review protein, fiber, sodium, sugar, saturated fat, and available vitamin and mineral details in one focused summary.
Source and quality notes
See whether label data comes from Open Food Facts or USDA FoodData Central, and when a product record is partial or missing details.
How Deficify works
Deficify is built for quick label review in the grocery aisle, pantry, or kitchen. It focuses on what the product label can support, not a universal health score.
- Scan or enter a barcode from a packaged food label.
- Review available label data from Open Food Facts first, with a USDA FoodData Central fallback through Deficify when needed.
- Check nutrient wins and watchouts for protein, fiber, sodium, sugar, saturated fat, and available vitamins and minerals.
- Save product scans locally on your device so you can compare products later.
